Ruby Sunday 🍉 🍋

Ingredients:

- 1.5 oz Zirkova Together
- 0.5 oz Sweet Vermouth (Dolin Rouge)
- 1 Simple Syrup
- 0.75 Fresh Lemon Juice 🍋
- 4 one inch cube size Watermelon Chunks 🍉

Garnish: watermelon

Directions:
1. Combine Simple Syrup, Lemon Juice, and Watermelon chunks in mixing glass
2. Muddle watermelon
3. Add Vermouth and Vodka
4. Add ice and shake with 20 seconds until mixing tin is ice cold
5. Double strain liquid into a Collin Glass with fresh ice
6. Garnish with Watermelon Chunk

Vodka Grapefruit Paloma

Ingredients:
- 1 Ruby Red Grapefruit peeled and sliced
- Fresh herb of your choice
- 1.5 oz Zirkova Together Vodka
- .5 tablespoon honey
- ice

Instructions:
- Add grapefruit slices, vodka and honey to a shaker and muddle until combined and fully juiced
- Strain over ice
- Garnish with herbs and grapefruit wedge
- Bonus: rim glass with sugar or salt to take it the next level

A cocktail to brighten up these snowy days!

Together Grapefruit Gimlet

Ingredients:
- 1.75 oz Zirkova Together
- 1 oz Grapefruit Cordial
- 0.5 oz Fresh Lime Juice

Garnish: Grapefruit Peel

Directions:
1. Combine all ingredients into a shaker.
2. Shake with ice for approximately 10-15 seconds until the outside of the shaker is ice cold.
3. Double strain liquid into a coupe glass
4. Garnish with Grapefruit Peel

Cordial
1. Add 1 cup of sugar, 1 cup of Grapefruit Juice, and 15g of grapefruit peel into the saucepan.
2. Bring it to a boil, dissolve sugar completely
3. Strain and transfer liquid into a clear glass bottle. Ready to use!

One in a Melo

Ingredients: Yield 5 Drinks
- 1.75 oz Zirkova Together
- 1.75 oz Sweet Vermouth (Dolin Rouge)
- 1.75 oz Italian Amaro Liqueur (Campari)

Garnish: Pomelo Peel

Infusion: Yield 5 Drinks
1. Combine Zirkova Vodka, Sweet Vermouth, and Italian Amaro Liqueur in a container.
2. Add 20 grams / peel of half a pomelo
3. Add 4 grams of lightly crushed coriander seeds
4. Let it sit and Infuse for approximately 12 hours.
5. Fine strain (or filter with coffee filter if needed) liquid into a glass bottle. Store in the refrigerator. Ready to use.
