Tropical Punch with a Torched Pineapple Garnish

The Cool Mom is always cooking up something delicious and dancing in the kitchen! She’s blasting music, drumming on the edge of a pot and counting down the days until her next trip down south. Until then, she’s stocking up on tropical fruits and she’s not afraid to throw them on the grill for dessert! The Fun mom is a pineapple, cranberry and raspberry-based vodka cocktail with a torched or grilled pineapple garnish. Sips of the refreshing and fruity drink contrast small bites of the warm and caramel-sweet pineapple.

Makes: 1 serving

1 oz Zirkova Together Vodka
1 tbsp fresh lime juice
2 oz cranberry-raspberry juice
2 oz pineapple juice
Pineapple wedges
Demerara or Dark Brown Sugar
Fresh Raspberries

In highball glass filled with ice, pour Zirkova Vodka, lime juice, cranberry-raspberry juice and pineapple juice.

Brûléed Pineapple Garnish: Press one side of pineapple wedge into sugar. Use blowtorch to caramelized sugar or grill until caramelized.

Garnish drink skewered pineapple slice, lime slice and fresh raspberries.
