Spiked Chamomile Mint Iced Tea with Grapefruit and Ginger

Makes: 4 servings
4 cups strong Chamomile mint tea (2-3 tea bags recommended)
1/4 cup liquid honey
4 fresh ginger slices
1 cup pink grapefruit juice
1/2 cup Zirkova Together Vodka
Into hot chamomile tea, stir honey until dissolved. Add ginger slices. Let cool completely.
In pitcher filled with ice, combine tea, grapefruit juice, vodka, ginger, grapefruit slices and mint sprigs. Serve over ice with additional grapefruit slices and mint, if desired.
