Red Dragon Vodka Margarita

Ingredients:

      • 1.5 oz Zirkova Together
      • 0.5 oz Dry Curacao (Pierre Ferrand Dry Curacao)
      • 1 oz Red Dragon Fruit Syrup
      • 1 oz Lime Juice
      • Garnish: Dragon fruit peel 

Directions:

      • Add all ingredients in a mixing glass
      • Shake with ice
      • Fine strain into a small coupe glass

Syrup:

      • 1 cup water
      • 1 cup of Sugar
      • 1 cup/half a diced dragon fruit
      • Add everything into a saucepan, bring it to a boil. Simmer for 10 minutes. Ready to use
