Jasmine Cooler

2 oz Zirkova,
3⁄4 oz Cucumber Water*
1⁄2 oz Lime Juice
1⁄2 oz Simple Syrup
3 oz Jasmine Water**
Combine all ingredients in a tin canister and shake to temperature. Strain over fresh ice into a Moroccan tea glass or highball and garnish with a thin slice of cucumber.
* Cucumber Water: Peel cucumbers and press them through a juicer, one cucumber should yield enough cucumber water for 4 cocktails.
** Jasmine Tea: 3 tablespoons of In Pursuit of Tea jasmine pearls to 1 quart of water, brewed for 5-7 minutes. Strain out the jasmine pearls and allow jasmine tea to cool.
